This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All notices or demands to or upon CPR Distributors Pvt. Pricing/Typographical error

Pricing on the product is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or product information received from our suppliers, prices of the product may vary. kartkitchen.com will try to be accurate, however if you come across any difference in pricing on the kartkitchen.com website pre and post orders, we request you to contact us within 72 (Seventy Two) hours of placing your order. The refund of the amount would be done according to Bank’s policy- i.e. In case of Credit Card, the refund of the amount will be done in 15days.In case of Debit Card, the refund of the amount will be done in 30 days in the account of the customer..The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order. If kartkitchen.com comes across any such difference in pricing, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the order.

Registered Users

Similarly, CPR Distributors Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse registration and deny the issuance of an Account and associated Member ID and Password to any User for whatever reason.

Each User hereby represents, warrants and agrees to

Each User hereby grants an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free license to CPR Distributors Pvt. Mandatory Declaration

You hereby declare that you have provided all necessary Legal Details for the shipment of the product to the destination specified by you in the Order.

You further declare that the Product will be acquired for personal use of the Consignee and/or Buyer. The Product will not be sold, resold, bartered or in any way disposed for profit.

Transactions between Buyers and Suppliers

Payment

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to:

or any payment issues arising out of the transaction,

Any matters relating to Paid Services however arising, including negligence. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our Acquiring bank from time to time.

Delivery Conditions

We assure you to use the reliable courier service to deliver your product on committed time. Though in case of any delay in delivery due to unforcefully circumstances, Kart won't be responsible for such delay.

It is suggested to our valuable customer to check the product once received and mail us back within 24hrs in case of any problem with the product, else Kart won't be responsible thereafter.

Under no circumstances shall CPR Distributors Pvt. Ltd. be held liable for any delay or failure or disruption of the product or services delivered through the site resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of god, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of third parties.
